I found this book about God's father heart for us utterly transforming - I was never the same again! I can't recommend it highly enough. What is God like? Does He really care for people today? A book written by my wife's husband on how to make friends , enjoy food with them and share the gospel! Here's my friend Chris' review: This is a great book; practical, engaging and a delight to read. Written with humour and insight, Andy shows how simple it is to talk to people about the gospel, and all based around food and hospitality. The first half of the book is very practical, the second half follows up with the underpinning scriptures. The chapter on God's grace is stunning, and my own journey has been impacted by this first hand. Written with love and care, this is an excellent, practical, joyous book to read.

This is one of the most crucial things for any Christian to get to grips with. If we understand how God speaks, then we can truly know him. Everything else slots into place. We see Jesus clearly. We fall in love with him more deeply. We make sense of our world. But get this wrong and we lose it all. This book covers the whole sweep of the subject from start to finish. It puts all the parts of the jigsaw in their proper place. Yet, mixing our metaphors, it's also an appetizer, whetting your palate for more.

The Screwtape Letters (C.S. Lewis)

‘The Screwtape Letters’ is an iconic classic on spiritual warfare and the power of the devil.
